Privacy Policy

    Effective date: August 11, 2026

Whyspire LLC (“WXObservation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates wxobservation.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to the Site and its contact form. It does not govern a retailer, video provider, or other third-party website that you choose to visit through a link on the Site.

    Information We Collect

Information you provide. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, topic, subject, message, and optional article or page URL that you submit. Please do not send passwords, payment card information, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting, security, analytics, and website tools may collect your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, date and time, general location derived from an Internet Protocol address, interactions with Site features or outbound links, cookie or similar identifiers, and server or error log information.

Information from affiliate partners. Affiliate programs may provide us with aggregated or transaction-level reports about link clicks, ordered items, commissions, and similar performance data. Retailers process purchases on their own websites. We do not receive your full payment card number or retailer account password.

    How We Use Information

    We use information to:

    • operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Site
    • respond to messages and requests
    • understand readership and improve content and navigation
    • measure affiliate referrals and advertising conversions
    • prevent spam, fraud, and abusive automated activity
    • comply with law and protect our rights, users, and services

    Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site and its service providers may use cookies, tags, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for security, Site operation, analytics, and conversion measurement. You can limit cookies through your browser. Blocking some technologies may affect Site features or the accuracy of measurement.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. Google Analytics may receive page and event information, device and browser details, a general location, referring information, and online identifiers. Google Tag Manager helps us deploy and manage measurement tags. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

    Advertising Conversion Measurement

We use Google Ads conversion measurement and Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking to measure certain interactions with outbound retailer links and the resulting performance of our advertising or affiliate activity. These tools may receive event, page, referring, browser, device, cookie, and online identifier information. The Site does not currently display personalized programmatic advertisements.

Google and Microsoft process information under their own terms and privacy practices. You can review the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

    Google reCAPTCHA

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help identify and prevent abusive automated submissions. When reCAPTCHA is executed, Google may process browser, device, interaction, and security signals and may set a security cookie named _GRECAPTCHA. We use this service for security and abuse prevention.

Amazon Product Images and Affiliate Links

Some product images are delivered from Amazon-controlled servers. Loading an image can send Amazon your Internet Protocol address, browser details, the requesting page, and similar request information. If you click an Amazon affiliate link, Amazon receives information associated with that visit and handles any later purchase under its own policies.

    Click-to-Load Video

Some pages offer Vimeo video content that loads only after you choose to activate it. Activating a video connects your browser to Vimeo, which may collect device, browser, request, and interaction information under its own privacy practices.

    How We Disclose Information

    We may disclose information to:

    • hosting, security, analytics, anti-spam, email, and technical service providers that help us operate the Site
    • affiliate networks and retailers for attribution, reporting, and commission administration
    • advertising measurement providers for conversion reporting
    • professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or establish and defend legal claims
    • a successor or participant in a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer involving all or part of the business, subject to applicable law

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws use broader definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” that may include disclosures of online identifiers to analytics or advertising measurement providers. Whether those definitions apply depends on the law and how a provider uses the information.

    Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to correspondence, maintaining security and business records, measuring affiliate activity, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the provider involved.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the Site. No Internet transmission, storage system, or security control is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You can choose not to submit the contact form, adjust cookie controls in your browser, use provider opt-out tools where available, and avoid activating embedded video or following third-party links.

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision about a privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by law.

To make a privacy request, email contact@wxobservation.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” or use our contact form. Describe your request and the jurisdiction where you live. We may need information to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits.

The Site does not currently change its behavior in response to optional “Do Not Track” browser signals because there is no uniform standard for those signals. Third-party analytics and conversion providers may collect information over time and across websites as described above.

    Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

    International Visitors

Whyspire LLC is based in the United States. If you visit from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data protection laws than your home country.

    Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site links to retailers and other third parties. Their privacy practices, content, and security are their responsibility. Review a third party’s policy before providing information or making a purchase.

    Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Site, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site when appropriate.
